Disabled Access
At City Way Medical Practice we have the following available:
- Disabled car parking spaces located near the entrance of the car park
- Wheelchair access to the building via a ramp near the front entrance
- A disabled patients' WC
- Lift
Patient services are provided at ground floor level. If you have mobility problems and your clinician is situated upstairs do not worry as we have a lift located here at the practice. However, please tell our reception staff if you need to be seen downstairs. Arrangements will then be for you to consult with your clinician in a downstairs room.
If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients, we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement.

Out of Hours
If you require a doctor for an emergency outside surgery times, please ring 111. You will be passed through to specially trained NHS 111 call handlers who will direct you to the most appropriate service depending on your need. In fact, this is the number to call with any urgent medical problem that you feel cannot wait until your surgery re-opens, or if you are unsure as to whether to attend the Accident & Emergency Department.

111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help further for a child under 5.
