‘Prescription Team’
Now available within our telephone options
We have now introduced a prescription line which is answered by our dedicated team of prescription clerks. This is for prescription queries only. Please note we are unable to take prescription requests over the phone. To access this line please call 01634 843 351 and select option 4 to speak directly to our prescription team. The line is manned between the hours of 8.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Please note, after 3pm Monday to Friday you will be redirected back to the Reception Team. If the prescription team are on another call please leave a message on the voicemail/answerphone available and a member of the team will get back to you as quickly as possible to deal with your prescription query.
